Rush 33 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

• Any suspicious activity should be reported to our support team immediately.
• Rush 33 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be suspended pending re-verification by the user.

Rush 33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms. Rush 33's decisions in such matters are final.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 per transaction.

Rush 33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms:

• All advertised bonuses are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and credited to a separate bonus account.
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice.

Wagering Requirement (Rollover):

• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount.
• Only bets placed on eligible games will count towards wagering requirements.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 in Sports Betting will not count towards rollover requirements.
• Rush 33 reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on any disputes relating to the fulfilment of rollover requirements.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• Any attempt to exploit system bugs, software vulnerabilities, or other fraudulent methods will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bets placed during system outages, software failures, or other technical issues may be deemed void at Rush 33's discretion.
• Rush 33 reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to certain games for members suspected of using betting strategies intended to exploit the system.

The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is displayed in its respective game information. This is a theoretical value based on millions of rounds and is not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.
